Ever since childhood, Dr. Brian felt a calling to serve his community by helping people thrive. That drive carried him through a D1 Track & Field scholarship, where he learned the limits of the human body, and into the U.S. Army, where he witnessed the true power of chiropractic care.

During the rigors of basic training, Dr. Brian saw firsthand how spinal adjustments allowed fellow soldiers to recover faster and perform better without relying on medication. It was the "lightbulb moment" where his passion for athletics, his military discipline, and his desire to heal finally clicked.

About the Chiropractor

MEET DR. BRIAN MARTINEZ

As an experienced Duluth chiropractor, I am committed to helping patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve overall wellness through personalized, science-based care. Originally from Puerto Rico, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences before serving in the United States Army, where I first witnessed the powerful results of chiropractic treatment.

I later received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors from Life University and now proudly serve the Atlanta community. At our clinic, we combine spinal adjustments, decompression therapy, shockwave therapy, and laser treatments to address back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, and auto accident injuries.
